Get up from your computer right now and pick up an ordinary object from anywhere inside or outside. A rock, a spoon, the leaf off a plant. Anything. There's no right or wrong answer. Come back to your computer and just study it for at least a full minute (which is longer than you think.) Look at the shape, feel the texture, does it have a smell?

List as many things as you can think of that are green. Try for at least 10, more is better. Now look at your list and try to write something linking at least 5 of those items together.
